  • Monthly & financials and performance reports including, year-end statements.
  • Coordination of utilities and other services.
  • Timely condominium association fees and mortgage payments and taxes as appropriate.
  • Payment on behalf of owner inclusive of utilities and other essential services.
  • Coordinate janitorial and landscaping.
  • Providing estimates and assisting in the negotiation of insurance issues.
  • Maintaining open lines of communication and harmoniums relationship with the condo/homeowner association and the owner as well as other condo owners.
  • Attend condo association meetings and representing the owner.
  • Conducting market analysis to determine a valuation of the market rent for your property.
  • Marketing of your property, including photos and descriptions to locate qualified tenants.
  • Preparing and executing leases on behalf of the owner.
  • Unit preparation by coordinating painting, repairs and cleaning as rent collection and lease enforcement.
  • Property management through a court appointed receiver.
